Who You Are
You are a motivated executive assistant who is passionate about problem solving with the ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. You excel at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, and have experience with the entire MS Office suite.

What You'll Do

    • Handle personal matters of the CEO as requested
    • Handle administrative duties for the CEO and their direct reports such as expense reports, travel plans, meeting arrangements, etc
    • Assist the Chief of Staff with daily and recurring administrative duties as requested
    • Ad Hoc projects as needed assigned by CEO or Chief of Staff

What You'll Need

    • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-Level Executives
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, required
    • Experience in Credit preferred
    • Proficient in the entire MS Office suite
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Must report to SYRACUSE, NY office
