Executive Director of Carrier Relations

We are looking for an Executive Director of Carrier Relations! Director will take responsibility for growing revenue and enhancing the business relationship with the wireless carriers in an assigned territory. The Executive Director of Carrier Relations will report to the VP of Sales and collaborate with all business units with the organization to meet customers' needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales organization that will successfully identify, negotiate, and close deals involving the sale of Distributed Network Services to all wireless carriers.
  • Identify customer needs and design proposals that highlight our strengths.
  • Provide reliable estimates on the revenue volume in the pipeline that can be effectively expected to close.
  • Monitor competitors' progress and industry trends and firm guide leadership on concerns and market opportunities that may impact the organization.
  • Build and leverage relationships with key executives within carrier organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to large and small customer audiences at the senior level.
  • Participate as a vital senior management team member by assisting with developing and implementing the company's strategic plan.
  • Understand and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our business models.
  • Perform related job duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of related sales experience in the wireless industry; prefer major wireless carriers and cable companies' customer relations.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue goals.
  • A demonstrated ability to grow revenue from regional management at major wireless carriers and cable companies; experience working with regional wireless management teams is ideal.
  • A proven ability to increase sales with products offered to a wireless carrier network group (i.e., infrastructure equipment or services) is required.
  • Experience selling distributed network products such as iDAS, oDAS, or Small Cell equipment or services is ideal.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop proposed customer solutions.
  • A mastery of the consultative selling process.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of customers, prospects, partners, investors, and peer organizations.
  • The ability to organize complex tasks into structured and repeatable processes.
  • Strong focus on quality and constant process improvement.
  • An approach to challenges that includes professionalism, patience, and creative thinking.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% throughout the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 per year
