Riverside Research is seeking an Executive Officer & Assistant to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will provide executive level technical and administrative assistance to support NASIC Command Section requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Staff executive correspondence to the appropriate office; proofread documentation for completeness
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Orchestrate tasking within NASIC to ensure timely and sufficient responses to external and internal tasks; validate, prioritize, task, and track internal and external assignments/projects levied upon the organization
- Collect input from various sources and consolidate as necessary
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience working within the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) as an intelligence analyst, project manager or similar that provided familiarity with organizational structure and mission
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a military executive officer, senior administrative assistant, or supervisor responsible for assigning and completing tasks within time constraints
- Professional certifications in project management
