In collaboration with HR Operations and Line management across the operating companies, is responsible for implementing organization diagnoses, analysis of findings, and creating an integrated Organization Development (OD) strategy and action plan to close identified gaps. Responsible for resourcing and executing agreed to talent initiatives to ensure that the operating groups' leadership talent is sufficient to meet current and future business needs. Functions as the practice leader for the enterprise-wide Business Talent Review (BTR) process including enhancements and updates to the process and tools and technology. Leads a team of dedicated Talent and Organization Development (TM&OD) professionals who assess and implement talent and organization effectiveness for the enterprise.Primary DutiesPRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES• Ensure talent and organization effectiveness processes and tools are integrated into the overall approach across Exelon. Provide guidance to the TMOD team to ensure consistent and appropriate diagnosis, design, data analysis, and implementation of recommendations (as appropriate). In collaboration with the operating companies' TMOD groups, determine and allocate solutions and resources for OD initiatives (internal or vendor supported). (40%)• Manage the enterprise-wide Business Talent Review, succession planning, performance management, and other talent management processes to develop leadership talent for Exelon's current and future business needs. Provide counsel to peers and leaders for ensuring that there is talent ready to meet strategic business objectives by identifying priorities for building bench strength. Oversight and coordination of appropriate development processes such as development planning, coaching, leadership assessments, etc. Work with team and operating company resources to ensure programmatic leadership development needs are addressed. (25%)• Lead and develop the TMOD team capacity to achieve organization, leadership, and team development objectives. Provide vision, direction and ongoing management and development of team through coaching, feedback and other development activities. (20%)• Manage an array of various programs and projects that are either directly or indirectly associated to primary talent objectives as appropriate (e.g., enterprise-wide tuition reimbursement program, community leadership and development programs, outplacement services). (15%)Job ScopeJOB SCOPE• Interacts with senior executives, executives and key managers• Responsible for enterprise-wide TMOD solutions and tools• Manages the TMOD activities for immediate team and interfaces with teams across the entire enterprise• Manages 3-5 direct reportsMinimum QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• Extensive knowledge and experience with design and implementation of Organization Development solutions.• Solid understanding of talent management processes, resources and tools.• The ability to be both strategic and hands-on.• Strong leadership & management skills.• Results focused and a strong sense of customer service.• Excellent interpersonal, communications and influencing skills.• 10 or more yrs of HR experience with at least 6-8 yrs in OD/Human Resource D (HRD).
