Manage day-to-day operations of the exhibition which includes, but not limited to:

• Greeting visitors and handing out exhibition brochures
• Assisting with wayfinding, orientation
• Tracking visitorship and collecting survey data
• Ensuring safety of both exhibition collection and visitors
• Packing up / replacing items from storage where needed

Handling visitors’ enquiries and other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Able to work independently with regular reports
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate well
• Able to do 5 days per week based on roster
• Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends & public holidays

Weekday: Opening / Afternoon / Closing Shift: 9am to 1pm / 1pm to 5pm / 5pm to 9pm

Weekend: Opening / Closing Shift: 9am to 3pm / 3pm to 9pm

Training Dates (Compulsory): 12th May 2022, 10am to 11am

Event Dates: 14th May to 31st July

Rate: $8/h (weekdays and weekends)
