We are hiring a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Manager on the Marketing Strategy team at Stand Together, the umbrella organization of LIBRE. You’ll play a lead role in managing and executing a broad range of marketing campaigns, projects, and evergreen content strategies that engage diverse audiences and inspire action. This is a highly collaborative position, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute plans that advance priority issue area/brand objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate as the key point of contact for the marketing capability teams for day-to-day activity
  • Establish and maintain LIBRE’s brand position to increase market share
  • Manage the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing plans that align with the goals and priorities developed by the Marketing Strategists in support of shared brand objectives
  • Provide recommendations and marketing subject matter expertise to guide state campaigns and content strategy execution
  • Ensure vision/messaging alignment and brand standard consistency/adherence in all marketing efforts
  • Oversee the development, sourcing and ongoing management of evergreen content strategies and audience journeys
  • Oversee the development of marketing tools and products, such as an email marketing program and website development
  • Communicate across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive tactical alignment of priority issue area/brand plans and a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders across the associated business units to maximize campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
  • In partnership with the insights team and marketing strategists, develop and analyze campaign reports, highlighting real-time optimization opportunities
  • Manage the marketing planning and tactics required to support event strategies
  • Develop tools and resources for internal and external teams to support the optimal execution of plans (creative briefs, content calendars, partner one-pagers, RFPs, etc.)
  • Support business unit/community marketing needs when appropriate
  • Regularly update key stakeholder on the progress of marketing activities and campaign results
  • Track budget and spending, providing accurate forecast updates
  • Partner with project managers and capabilities to build out resource plans (both internal and external), budgets and timelines and ensure internal knowledge systems are properly updated
  • Review and approve content (emails, video, ads, etc.), engaging relevant decision makers as necessary
