The American College of Surgeons (ACS) is a professional and educational organization of surgeons that was founded in 1913 to raise the standards of surgical practice and improve the quality of care for surgical patients. Summary: Coordinates the exhibits for ACS Chapters and other meetings as assigned. Creates and updates exhibit team timelines and production schedules. Works with Exhibits Manager to produce prospectuses and other marketing brochures for multiple internal and external clients. Manages exhibitor database and sends promotional emails and surveys. Ensures ACCME compliance. Gathers data for client and board reports. Is the main liaison with Integrated Communications or a third-party vendor to produce multiple marketing pieces. Helps with Clinical Congress exhibits, sponsorships, and skills courses. Assists team as needed and adheres to budgetary guidelines. Provides Associate Director administrative support when needed.
This exempt position will report to the Exhibits Manager in the Division of Convention and Meetings. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote.
