What you will do:

The Global Operations Coordinator will work closely with the eXp Global team to help build the operations processes required to support our companies outside of the United States. This will be accomplished by working across departments to ensure that all formalized processes are documented and adhered to, certifying final documents are reviewed, approved, and organized accordingly, assessing the needs of the team and providing documented solutions that will provide continuity and consistency, and more.

World-class customer service/experience is required for every interaction with strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and urgency to every engagement.

How you will make an impact:

  • Collaborate with eXp Global team to ensure training and onboarding processes for agents are available, working closely with the Regional Operations Managers
  • Keep key documents and information up to date for country access, such as monthly and quarterly global awards,
  • Review and upkeep of database of all training available to agents for updates/ease of use/relevance.
  • Updates on presentations and needs for training strategy
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare monthly leadership presentation on KPI’s and Key Drivers
  • Project Management of the Mentor Program implementation and ongoing upkeep
  • Implementation of Agent Centers and upkeep/reporting
  • Additional operational responsibilities and project management as needed

How you will grab our attention:

Education:

  • BA, BS or equivalent experience preferred, not required

Experience:

  • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
  • 3 -5 years customer service or related experience
  • Multilingual candidates preferred
  • Project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills (including platform training skills)
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, contribute positively to the team, and adjust to a rapidly changing environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience and/or Google Suite and presentation creation required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
