Dynamic Real Estate Office and Events Assistant

Ready to take your career to the next level? We are searching for an eager and driven Office and Events Assistant to join The Gogan Team in Naples, Florida. Our ideal candidate is an organized individual with a history of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing events, in addition to coordinating client appreciation functions, ordering office supplies, and providing support to department heads. This is a great chance for personal growth, as you will have the opportunity to work with various clients and team members. You will also become part of an invigorating and rewarding team.

Compensation:

$18 - $19 Hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including reception areas and common spaces.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating various events, including open houses, networking events, and agent/client appreciation activities.
  • Ownership of event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, setup, and guest registration.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create event materials, promotional items, and invitations.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Coordination of client appreciation and follow-up to ensure 5-star service.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in real estate, office administration, or event coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Desire to grow!
  • Administrative Experience.
  • Communication Proficiency - verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
