What you will do: 
The International Transaction Support Coordinator will support the in-country transaction teams and the Director of International Transactions in managing transaction projects. The role focuses on project coordination, reporting, and ensuring seamless international operations. This position requires strong project management and communication skills to drive efficiency and contribute to the success of international transaction initiatives. 
  • Support in-country transaction teams with transaction projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of international transactions.
  • Generate, analyze, and manage transaction-related reports
  • Assist with the development and implementation of project plans.
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify and communicate process improvements to streamline international operations.
  • Collaborate with the global transactions team to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update transaction platforms and dashboards.
  • Provide administrative support to the transaction teams as needed.

 

How you will grab our attention: 
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. 
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
Experience: 
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or a related role. 
  • Experience with global transactions or international operations is highly preferred. 
  • Strong reporting and data management skills. 
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is a plus.
Skills & Abilities: 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment. 
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. 
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills to provide actionable insights from transaction data. 
  • Positive, adaptable, and dependable team player.
Working Conditions:
Remote Location: This position allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection. You will need to provide your own suitable workspace and internet access. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. 
Work Hours: While there is flexibility in work hours, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team. Outside of core hours, you can schedule your work to accommodate personal commitments or preferences, as long as it does not compromise project deadlines or team collaboration.
Equipment and Expenses: You will be responsible for maintaining a company computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment. Any work-related expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the company.
