Job Description

As an Analytics Sales Consultant, you will help support our sales team to sell analytics products, services, and solutions. You will engage alongside our sales teams across our banking, financial services, telco, e-commerce, insurance, and retail customers to position our Experian value proposition across the region. You will work in the field of Consultative Sales in a business development role, engaging new clients in a hunter capacity in addition to up and cross-selling to existing clients. You must have access to Nordic customer relationships and have experience working with the decision makers in the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in analyzing customer's business problems and converting the business needs into viable solutions across Experian's data and analytics products and services.
  • Expert in understanding a diverse range of data and analytics services, products & solutions across the credit lifecycle.
  • Create a compelling value proposition for Experian data and analytics products & solutions across verticals by formulating proposals, structuring supporting deals and providing ongoing strategic consultancy.
  • Work with the sales team to conceptualize new business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation, lead client workshops including client employees and company partners with objective of identifying sales opportunities for data and analytics.
  • Help maintain suite of suitable data and analytics products and services for the Nordics.
  • Shadow delivery team to ensure quality delivery satisfying client requirements articulated in SOW.
  • Keep oneself updated on changing business needs, regulatory requirements, new domain trends, tools, and products.
  • Follow Experian policies and procedures.
  • Work under the Experian behaviors and values.
  • Promote customer-centric culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business.
  • Ensure that by leading by example, you follow all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of customers.
  • Through the use of a top-down approach, you will demonstrate a culture where all our people understand their regulatory obligations, including what fair treatment of customers means to them and our organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, master's degree.
  • Overall experience of 4 to 12 years
  • Experience with the banking domain, credit processes, credit risk management, and market trends.
  • Experience in customer acquisition, customer life cycle, debt management & data and analytics.
  • Experience with decisioning and portfolio management in banking and financial services
  • Understanding of the credit and lending industry in the Nordics across banks, consumer finance and FinTech.
  • Demonstrate understanding of new the latest analytics concepts such as AI and ML.
  • Experience performance in business development/pre-sales.
  • Proficient in English with good presentation/communication skills.
  • Experience with value proposition creation and market analysis.
  • Understand technology systems and business processes of financial institutions, FinTech, e-commerce players to match opportunities with right Experian offerings.
