Job Description

For our Human Resources team in Bulgaria we are looking for a HR Business Partner (on a temporary fixed-term contract). In this role you will be the main driver of delivering our People strategy for its business clients' group and to reach business objectives by linking people solutions to the business strategy in the contexts of the Experian culture.

You will work with managers to proactively identify areas where HR can add value and lead implementation of people solutions.

You will report to the Head of HR - Bulgaria.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with managers to address operational, talent, and talent lifecycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, engagement and retention;
  • Deliver excellent customer service by building strong, effective, proactive working relationships with internal customers, peers and colleagues;
  • Provide advice on a range of HR queries from the business, in accordance to organizational policy and legislative requirement;
  • Contribute HR expertise to business meetings with managers and design and drive people solutions to support business objectives;
  • Advise management on key organizational structure and role issues to ensure that the optimum structure for the business is embedded;
  • Assist managers in the effective use of tools and processes to develop people in the organization, ensuring that the principles are applied consistently and fairly to deliver outcomes that improve performance and deliver business objectives;
  • Work with Management Team to identify risks related to the business and suggest and drive initiatives to address them;
  • Champion Experian culture and values, support managers to promote this culture in their teams;
  • Diagnose problems, influence the business leaders with data-driven recommendations, and drive change;
  • Manage cross-site topics related to people engagement.

Qualifications

You will need to bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience as HR professional - experience in HRBP or HR Management role;
  • Proven track of partnering with business for high results;
  • Understanding of business goals and proactiveness in developing solutions to support them;
  • Confidence to express and defend a point of view in a respectful of the other party manner;
  • Customer Focus – respond promptly to business and stakeholder's needs; seek feedback to improve service; meet commitments; initiative-proactive; look for opportunities for improvement and implements; suggest and develop innovative approaches and ideas; get involved in new things;
  • Communication – strong verbal and written communication skills; clear and persuasive; listen to others and seek clarification, contribute and give input to discussion;
  • Strategic thinking and commercial understanding – understand business goals and objectives and seek to develop initiatives to support these; identify threats and opportunities; understand business implications of decisions;
  • Experience with data and trends to support line managers in meeting targets;
  • Excellent English language skills.
