Job Description

As the Strategic Program Manager, you will report to the Health Organization. You will lead important partnership programs to guide interoperability and product integration strategies, while also overseeing program management for large strategic clients. This role is critical in ensuring understanding of strategic goals,. The Strategic Program Manager will collaborate with teams, external partners, and senior leadership to design programs that allow seamless integration of our solutions, enhancing both partner and client success.

Qualifications

A strong background in program management, 5+ years in revenue cycle and healthcare technology, managing complex partnership programs that support product development, client onboarding, and long-term success.

  • 5+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience required
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, within healthcare revenue cycle
  • Proven success in managing complex partnerships, integrations, and product interoperability initiatives, as well as client acquisition and solution implementation
  • Knowledge of the healthcare technology landscape, including familiarity with regulatory requirements and data security standards
  • Proficient understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EDI, as well as integration platforms and APIs. Experience working with EHR systems
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
  • MBA or MHA
