Our client, a leader in telecom, is seeking a skilled Program Manager IV with a strong background in data analysis and reporting to join their team. This role will support a long-term initiative, one of the largest initiatives - focusing on upgrading technology across millions of customers. While titled as a Senior Program Manager IV, this position will heavily emphasize technical data analysis... rather than traditional program management responsibilities.
Job Title: Program Manager IV (Data)
Terms: Long-term contract
Schedule: Hybrid Schedule – in-office 4 days a week
Pay Rate: $70-$75/hr
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize SQL, Tableau (building dashboards), and Alteryx to perform detailed data analysis and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Support decision-making processes through data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to the success of the Initiative by providing critical data analysis and reporting support.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a technical or production management environment.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Strong skills in Tableau for building and maintaining interactive dashboards.
• Familiarity with Alteryx for data blending and workflow automation.
• Cable industry experience is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to operate in ambiguous situations.
• Charismatic personality with strong communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
