As a Expert IT Solutions Architect, you will be part of the Global Center 4 Enablement Team, which supports Nestlé markets worldwide through a group of Hubs in various locations. You will oversee the support of Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities within the product group and platform, ensuring a fit within the overall EA as well as with the product group strategy. You will be accountable for supervising the design as well as the integration execution within the scope of their product / platform, collaborating with the integration platform team. You will collaborate on the solution architecture specification, provide guidance and consultancy to the IT and business stakeholder community, analyze processes, recognize opportunities to optimize, and persuasively generate support for the ideas. You will track and own product assembly deliverables within the assigned scope of a product/project.

Manage the architecture and develop variety of Solution Integration Methods and technologies for a broader scope of product platforms while working closely with application architects
Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards and services, as well as the design of standard and custom software configurations
Define and ensure adherence to guidelines, standards and solution patterns to secure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision
Ensure delivery of architecture patterns that effectively leverage data foundation assets and incorporate API led designs
Lead the implementation and integration of technical architecture and advise on best technology solutions across a product group based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, and business requirements
Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance
Recognize opportunities for business change and communicate them persuasively to appropriate stakeholders
Assists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommend smart (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, timely) solutions
Facilitate a close collaboration with DevOps and suppliers to secure that the value planned will be delivered in the most optimal way

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, a related study, or 4+ years of relevant work experience in IT as a solutions architect
2+ years of experience contributing to architecture design as part of business projects
4+ years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations
2+ years of experience in at least in one of the following:
- Cloud based integration, preferably Azure (Logic Apps, Data Factory, Event Hub)
Mulesoft (or another API platform)

OTHER

Knowledge of Hybrid integration platforms spanning cloud and on-premises (iPaaS, PaaS, SaaS) preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $116,579 to $148,213. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
