Express Employment is seeking a talented Mechanical CAD Programmer to join our team in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs using CAD software to support our engineering projects and enhance product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify mechanical designs using CAD software
• Create 2D and 3D models, drawings, and specifications
• Program Laser Machine
• Program machines for Sheet Metal
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet specifications
• Incorporate feedback from design reviews and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain and organize design documentation for future reference
• Stay updated with industry standards and CAD software advancements
• Assist in troubleshooting design issues and provide solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical CAD programming
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar programs
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and engineering practices
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and specifications
• Attention to detail and precision in design work
• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
