Dispatch Inventory Specialist

Job Summary:We have a local client in Stallings, NC looking for a Dispatch Inventory Specialist to streamline field operations, ensuring efficient technician dispatch, and providing excellent customer support. With expertise in inventory management, invoicing, and social media management, the ideal candidate will add to the overall productivity while maintaining a well-organized work environment.Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pmPay: $18.00/hr.Job Responsibilities:• Coordinate dispatch for service technicians, optimizing routes to maximize efficiency and reduce overtime costs, with a solid understanding of regional geography.• Manage incoming service calls from clients , prioritizing and dispatching calls promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.• Handled Accounts Receivable using Intuit software, tracking payments and ensuring timely invoicing.• Conducted inventory tracking through cycle counting, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and reordering as necessary.• Operate QuickBooks to generate invoices, track expenses, and manage parts orders.• Maintain a social media presence for the company, posting updates and promotional content.• Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as organizing and disposing of outdated equipment, including old ovens, to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.Job Qualifications:• At least 3 years of QuickBooks (Required)• Strong customer service background• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)Apply With Us Today!!Call (704) 981-9276 or Email Jobs.MonroeNC@Expresspros.com
