About the Role:

The first touchpoint for all prospective Expressable clients is a free consultation conducted by a speech-language pathologist on our team. Expressable is looking for a strong operational leader to manage our growing consultation team, driving team performance and introducing our clients to an unparalleled client experience. The ideal Director of Client Acquisition will have excellent customer service and people management skills, a data-driven and growth mindset, and the ability to collaborate with clinical staff. This is a senior position reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.


We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas at this time.


What you would be doing at Expressable
  • Lead a team of clinical consultation representatives answering inbound calls and scheduled outbound call appointments; converting prospective callers to clients when appropriate.
  • Establish and track weekly KPIs to manage individual performance and organizational goals, including but not limited to such metrics as answer rates, conversion rate, and admits per week..
  • Manage productivity targets; including appointment availability, utilization, and calendar management
  • Continuously refine consultation tools and processes, including but not limited to workflow optimization, call scripting, and CRM refinements.
  • Provide a consistent and holistic framework for quality reviews, call monitoring, task completion, and coaching opportunities
  • Maintain a CSTAT score of >90%
  • Integrate clinical best practices by collaborating effectively with clinical leadership.
  • Build and foster a supportive, empathetic, and collaborative team culture that celebrates excellence and provides growth opportunities


What you bring to Expressable
  • At least 5 years managing operational, growth, or service coordination teams
  • At least 5 years managing and developing multiple direct reports (experience in a remote environment is desirable).
  • At least 3 years of applied data analysis to operational improvement
  • Experience and competency in Google Suite, collaboration tools like Slack and backend CRMs like Salesforce, with demonstrated ability to independently master new technologies
  • Ability to collaborate with fully remote teams.

  • Planning/Organization - Prioritizes and plans work activities. Uses time efficiently. Plans for additional resources. Sets goals and objectives. Adept at organization or scheduling other people and their tasks. Develops realistic action plans.
  • Relationship Building - Builds both formal and informal professional relationships. Maintains and fosters relationships within, across, and external to organizational boundaries. Obtains and shares information, ideas, and problems. Solicits advice, support, championship, sponsorship, and commitment that result in smooth transitions of change and the development of mutually acceptable solutions.

$125,000 - $150,000 a year
