Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated and accomplished National Sales Development Rep (NSDR) to join our physician referral and client acquisition team. You will play a critical role in identifying and building out relationships with the goal of acquiring client referrals to Expressable from early childhood organizations such as preschools and daycare centers. The NSDR is responsible for building, qualifying, and nurturing relationships with prospective referral partners, acting as the first line of education for new partners, and promoting Expressable’s care model. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building and organizational skills; a proven track record in community outreach and provider education to target markets; and is motivated by a quota-driven environment. This fully remote role works primarily out of a home office performing outreach via phone and video conferencing across the United States.

What you would be doing at Expressable
Build and maintain trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders at early childhood organizations.
Implement a mix of inbound and outbound strategies to raise awareness of Expressable’s unique clinical approach.
Manage provider accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries, referrals, client updates, new initiatives, etc.
Execute sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis within the assigned geographic region to meet targets.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate record of sales activities and account details.
Utilize marketing materials and clinical resources to support sales efforts.
What you bring to Expressable
Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services
Consultative selling style and related skills and experience
Comfortable with and motivated by a quota-driven environment
Competency in office productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Bonus Traits
Experience in a startup or high-growth healthcare environment
Generating provider referrals experience is preferred
