The Sr. Manager of Integrated Campaigns plays a vital role within the overall Growth Marketing function, spearheading the team in the coordination, development, and optimization of global campaigns.  This player/coach role will work across the entire marketing organization to bring campaigns to life, creating, executing, optimizing, and reporting on the overall success of each one. Responsible for managing all activities necessary to enter the market in a cohesive and efficient manner, the Sr. Manager of Integrated Campaigns is the cornerstone upon which an initiative is built.

 

This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and seeks to understand the goals of the business and form project teams of domain experts to execute the campaigns and drive towards the desired goals.  This role requires a person who can develop a plan and work cross-functionally to have it executed in a timely fashion.  The Sr. Manager of Integrated Campaigns must be flexible, agile, and creative in their approach.

 

Responsibilities:

•           Lead a team of Integrated Campaign Architects that coordinate, develop, and optimize Extreme’s global campaigns.

•           Gather requirements and success criteria for the creation of campaigns and identify what business drivers necessitate the construction.

•           Work with messaging teams to develop a theme for the campaign and establish an identity for the campaign. Also, take the time to understand the competitive positioning and how our approach will be different. Ensure messaging aligns with additional corporate message and initiatives.

•           Establish a campaign framework that illustrates a customer journey path from unknown suspect to MQL (SQL/SAL).

•           Determine content needs and gaps that aligns with the theme and messaging of the initiative and commission new assets for the campaign across the organization as necessary.

•           Convene a cross-functional team to deliver assets for the campaign and establish a regular cadence for the communication of updates and tracking completion by team members.

•           Communicate launch dates and progress information, including the content calendar, to management and stakeholders.

•           Bundle up campaign elements for seamless partner execution.  Develop an initiative playbook for channel and field marketing teams to activate campaign with partner community.

•           Replicate campaign elements into local languages based on prioritized geo strategy.

•           Track campaign performance, ROI, and communicate results to management.

 

Experience and Skills Required

-           8+ years of campaign marketing or equivalent marketing experience in B2B technology

-           Experience managing a global team

-           A history of organizing and leading cross-functional project teams toward a common goal

-           Experience managing teams and helping direct reports develop in their careers

-           Great project management skills

-           Experience building and interpreting reports to make data-driven decisions driving ROI

-           Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing or business

-           MBA in marketing or related area strongly preferred

 

Salary based on experience and qualifications up to 175K
