The incumbent is responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities including managing the entities’ cash flow forecast, identifying cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities and ensuring compliance with company, department, and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company’s cash assets. Oversees the revenue of EYGF’s business. Partners with the Assistant Treasurer to create the vision, strategy, and standards by which the Treasury department provides leadership and value to the organization including Member Firms. Manages all banking needs including signing authorities and authorizations. The responsibilities of this position are diversified and require superior knowledge of the treasury operations including adapting new technologies including artificial intelligence.Your key responsibilities• Skills and attributes for success• Identify opportunities and implement Treasury-related business process improvements including multi-lateral netting and cash pool structures via in-house banking.• Review, approve and release electronic disbursements.• Develop and support Treasury policies, procedures, and controls.• Support special projects and acquisitions as assigned.• Supervise maintenance and update signatories on every global bank account.• Oversee the monthly reconciliation of all company bank accounts.• Review and approval of ACH and wire payments.• Daily cash positioning and reporting• Track cash investment activities.• Troubleshoot daily transaction issues.• Prepare, review, and maintain SOX compliance within the department; ensure proper controls exist over cash receipts, disbursements, and general Treasury activities.• Perform periodic cost review of bank and armored carrier fees.• Review and negotiate Treasury contracts with banks and armored carriers.• Identify and recommend process improvements.• Supervise the cash concentration, disbursement, and forecasting functions of the firm.• Responsible for prompt processing and banking of cash receipts. Manage the movement of funds between accounts, assuring adequate balances.• Develop and maintain reliable cash forecasting and status monitoring systems. Direct the preparation of cash forecasts.• Recommend investment and borrowing with established bank lines.• Administer firm-wide daily cash mobilization and related reporting/accounting activities, including daily reporting of the firm's cash position and collections to senior management.• Monitor daily borrowing with the firm's lending institution. Maintain interest rate, principal, and maturity information.• Review bank changes monthly and negotiate price reductions and/or errors.• What we look for• Will oversee daily cash transactions, wire transfers, investments and manage revolving credit debt. Coordinate year end cash activity. Maintain bank relationships. Key contact for all cash and banking related issues. Prepare or review all treasury banking related transactions. Manage the netting and pooling operations for Global entities. Recommend internal rates for foreign currency and lending activities and prepare associated analysis.• Experience• To qualify for the role you must have• 7-10 plus years of progressive Treasury, finance, accounting, or related experience• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience• Demonstrated leadership skills.• Advanced analytical skills, and an ability to apply sound business judgment to individual and team assignments.• Ability to understand communications, announcements, and other change management initiatives, and relate these to the core Treasury procedures. Skilled at incorporating these changes into the accounting policies and procedures.• Comfortable with taking a positive attitude and approach, willingly accepting new challenges, and adapting flexibly to change.• Proven commitment to delivering quality work.• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills• Excellent attention to detail• Knowledge of banking and electronic payment systems• Knowledge of Treasury Operations Systems, such as Integrity• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferredWhat we offerThe compensation ranges below are provided in order to comply with United States pay transparency laws. Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $118,500 to $221,600. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $142,200 to $251,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
