We're looking for a Implementation Team Leader to jump on board, hit the ground running, take on challenges, develop our existing team and help our Dallas Office continue to spear head ezyVet's growth in the USA.

We provide the premium cloud-based practice management software solution to veterinary businesses around the world. The ezyVet software helps our customers manage their clinics, specialist centres, hospitals or universities in intuitive and innovative ways giving them more time and the tools to better care for our furry friends. So what do our stripes look like?


Our Team Leader will oversee and mentor their Implementation team and projects as well as sometimes getting on the tools by implementing high value, complex or large projects as lead. They lead their team to provide highly successful project management, end user training, product configuration and deployment services to ezyVet customers in North America. They will contribute to a company culture that challenges, cares for and nurtures the future of the staff, customers and company, ensuring their team are engaged and performing to a high level. This shiny new role will work with the Regional Implementation Manager and support improving and changing our regional business to carefully continue our rapid growth.


Some of your key responsibilities:


  • Oversee and assist with a portfolio view of projects for team members, staying out of the detail but having awareness and ability to report on quality, progress and follow up
  • Mentor team members on project management, client training delivery, configuration, and operational issues
  • Growth and development of your team, including working on personal development plans so they can continue to grow and succeed
  • Be a point of escalation for team, getting involved in escalated projects as needed
  • Identify issues and bring forth resolutions alongside the Implementation team to build consistent, scalable processes
  • Assist with and represent the on-going development of the ezyVet company culture and experience, helping the team be brilliant, happy and engaged
  • Assist with recruitment, evaluating candidates' suitability and more
  • Support with implementation process design improvements and the roll out of those ideas
  • Work with Scheduling Coordinator and the implementation team to schedule in a way that gets the best outcomes for customers, implementers (and their families/partners) and ezyVet
  • Work with Regional Manager and team to build a bigger, better business for ezyVet across all regions

What we're really looking for:


  • Proven project and change management expertise
  • People and project leadership
  • This role will be based from our Frisco office location - either based locally or happy to relocate
  • If you have experience using ezyVet in clinic - we want you! Practice Managers, Veterinary Technician Leads, Shift Leaders, ezyVet SuperUsers OR, if you have experience implementing other software - that's definitely a bonus too!
