UI Designer

Fabletics is looking for a UI Designer.As a UI Designer at Fabletics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and design system across our web, mobile, and retail channels. You will help assist a team of UX designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion user-centric design principles to create seamless, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences for our customers.This position will report to the UX Design Manager.• Please submit an online portfolio or case study.What You Will Do• Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.• Assist in the design of UI elements, including icons, buttons, and other graphical components.• Help create and maintain the design system and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.• Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.• Translate product requirements and user needs into functional and appealing UI designs.• Assist in the creation of design assets, style guides, and UI kits.• Help conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform design strategies.• Provide feedback and support to peers and contribute to the team's collective growth.• Participate in design reviews and present your work to stakeholders and team members.• Adapt to feedback and iterate on designs to meet project goals and user needs.What You Can Bring• 1-3 years of experience in UI design or a related field.• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills and projects.• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to take direction and work independently as needed.Compensation & Total RewardsAt Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together! The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.
