Office Manager
Face Reality Skincare is seeking an Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our bustling workplace. The ideal candidate will maintain a functional and welcoming environment for our team of about 65 employees, overseeing various tasks from facilities management to administrative support.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of office spaces
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

- Liaise with facilities-related vendors
- Coordinate office events and catering
- Assist in budget management and expense tracking
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs
- Assist in employee onboarding and safety procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and requests professionally
- Offer general administrative support to the Leadership team
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
