Role + Responsibilities
Endress+Hauser Optical Analysis is seeking a Factory Service Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all activities related to the servicing of our optical analysis products at our factory located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling service requests and repairs, coordinating with the manufacturing and service team, and ensuring that all service activities are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate service activities for Optical Analysis products at the factory, including scheduling service requests.
- Communicate effectively with service centers and service engineers regarding service requests, providing updates and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate service records, ensuring that all service activities are properly documented.
- Work closely with the repair team to ensure that all service activities are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement service strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of service activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification + Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a service coordination or similar role.
- Knowledge of Optical Analysis products or related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software.
- Must be willing to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
