Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our GTM team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for engaging with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges. As a BDR at Fairing, you will play a crucial role in generating high-value sales pipelines and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects.
Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns and outreach strategies.
Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target accounts.
Generate high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting into SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.
Qualify inbound leads and create opportunities for the sales team.
Engage with prospects and clients to understand business and organization challenges and struggles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system (Hubspot).
Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on pipeline status and prospecting activities.
Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in a business development, sales, or related role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience using CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
A positive attitude, resilience, and a desire to continually learn and grow in the sales domain.
