Role SummaryJOB DESCRIPTIONFanatics Collectibles is looking for a Supply Chain & Strat Ops rockstar to tackle some of the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our Ops & Supply Chain organization’s roadmap. This role will report to a Sr. Director of Strategic Planning who reports to our North America Strategy lead. This associate and will simultaneously engage with and drive several high-impact initiatives. Given the Biz Ops team’s end-to-end mandate, this role can expect to both 1) evaluate and scope potential strategic ops & supply chain initiatives as well as 2) drive cradle-to-grave execution. The ideal candidate is a highly flexible self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.Within the first 6 months, you will…• Help drive multiple high-impact business initiatives and, together with the Operations and Supply Chain teams, work cross-functionally to ensure success of all projects• Help lay the groundwork for and ultimately scale Fanatics Collectibles Supply Chain function• Support evaluation of a wide array of potential external partners and, ultimately, vendor selection and integration as well• Become a subject-matter-expert in all things Trading Cards!The Ideal Candidate• 1-3 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Supply Chain Ops, or Strat Ops roles• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred• Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen• Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment• Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learnIn New York City, the salary range for this position is $107,000- $134,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. This salary range is specific to NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
