The HRIS & Analytics will support the Global Human Capital Management system with a strong focus on Global Payroll solution implementation. This position will report to the Director of Global HRIS & Payroll and work on initiatives supporting the Global Fanatics team. Through partnership with our business units, vendors, and auditors, this position will be expected to participate and lead system implementations, software upgrades/releases for SaaS and on-premise software solutions, retirement/replacement of applications as they end their life cycle, consolidation efforts across applications acquired through the M&A process as they make business sense.
Project Management (50%)
·Coordinate and lead projects to integrate global employees into existing HRIS solutions as well as migrate existing solutions as part of consolidation efforts.
·Work with ADP Celergo to document, review, and test requirements for each payroll country.
·Ability to understand business needs and translate them into an actionable project request for approval and prioritization.
·Develop and maintain project schedules and detailed work plans coordinating with business partners and vendor resources.
·Provide management and business partners with regular status updates and identify potential risks/roadblocks.
HR System Management (40%)
·Champions and serves as technical expert for global Human Resources Information System (HRIS), helping to drive long term strategic direction, design requirements, features, functionality and progressive enhancements.
·Manages HRIS configuration, system updates, sun-setting features, and overall functionality/performance for Ultimate Software, Oracle HCM, and other HR technology applications.
·Proactively utilizes technology to increase effectiveness, accuracy, value, and customer satisfaction/adoption of all HR technologies.
·Identifies opportunities for automation or efficiency improvements via business process enhancements, integrations, policy changes and other innovative solutions.
·Defines and analyzes objectives, scope, issues and/or organizational impact of information systems.
·Verifies stability, interoperability, portability, security or scalability of system architecture.
·Responsible for resolving the more complex/escalated requests and technical issues.
·Collaborates with stakeholders (internal/external) in understanding business requirements and ensures results meet requirements/business needs.
·Maintains awareness of current trends in Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support while applying key technologies.
·Creates, updates, and maintains system/process/configuration documentation.
·Builds and grows positive business relationships and influence across HR, Payroll, Information Security, and Information Technology departments.
·Serves as the technical lead, mentor, and trainer for other HRIS, HR and Operations team members.
HR Reporting and Analytics (10%)
·Support the HR Leadership Team in using data to influence changes to client and/or HR operations, processes or programs, to improve business effectiveness.
·Responsible for designing and continuously streamlining company-wide HR data and reporting, using bench-marking and best practices as guiding standards.
·Partner with HR team members to design and generate standard and customized reports from the organization’s HRIS to support business needs and special projects.
·Leverage data sets to develop predictive modeling for people related data (turn-over, retention, performance, etc.)
·Develop and document consistent and appropriate data structures and reporting templates.
·Responsible for the critical management of the HR analytics and data reporting capabilities.
·Use HR business intelligence to document, streamline and automate processes and procedures.
·Evaluate effectiveness of all HR systems to optimize investments.
·Maintain and ensure integrity and quality assurance of key human resources data sets, report and metrics.
·Provide coaching and training on use and interpretation of metrics.
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistical Analysis, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Strong technical skills and expertise with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, Ultimate Software (UltiPro HCM), Cognos Analytics, Tableau, or other HRIS.
·Strong consultative, critical thinking and analytic skills; able to build effective partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics and insights to a non-technical audience.
·Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics.
·Strong business and financial acumen, with proven ability in data analysis and interpretation, statistical application and workforce modeling.
·Ability to execute job responsibilities with minimal supervision / involvement from others.
·Demonstrated ability to balance business expectations with compliance, the company's policies, and preferences through negotiation and appropriate escalation.
·Global experience preferred.

·This position is based in Fanatics Jacksonville, FL location.
·Some travel may be required.
·This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
