Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Functional Analyst

 

Fanatics is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Analyst. The position would primarily be responsible for working closely with HRIS/Payroll, Internal/Offshore IT, 3rd party vendors’ teams, track overall work progress, status update to stakeholders, coordinating with Onshore & Offshore teams and be responsible for delivery. The candidate should have a minimum of seven years of experience in Oracle Cloud – HCM Implementation and/or support projects. Should have main experience in payroll processing, troubleshoot the issues, Oracle quarterly upgrades, quarter and year end activities, costing, Fast Formula, and OTBI reporting.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation or support projects, with at least 3 Oracle Implementations

• Minimum four years of experience in implementation in Oracle Cloud Payroll or support.

• Expertise in Project Management aspects.

• Expertise on Oracle Cloud HCM functional business processes and regulatory requirements in US.

• Expertise on ADP Compliance Manager

• Responsible for maintaining employee payroll data, administer garnishments and maintain the integrity of the system

• Expertise in Payroll cloud Tax updates activities and payroll testing after each upgrade.

• Responsible for working with HR business, client IT, 3rd party vendors, Co-ordinate with Onshore & offshore teams, track overall work progress, status update to stake holders.

• Should be able to work with onshore & offshore teams and responsible for delivery.

• Responsible for guiding the team on all the payroll processes and ensuring the accuracy of files being transmitted post payroll to various vendors

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Work with multiple teams, hold the fort and responsible for project delivery

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• Experience is other HCM Cloud Modules like Core HR, Compensation, Absence,

• Experience in ADP Celergo International Payroll

• Experience in GL/Costing
