Seasonal Team Lead - Warehouse

Job DescriptionPrimary PurposeCalling all sports fans! Fanatics, Inc. is seeking energetic Area Leads to work with our Manufacturing team in Las Vegas Nevada. We are looking for customer-oriented representatives to act as a liaison by providing support for our Athletes and Management. Area Leads will be responsible for leading the day to day operation of warehouse operations. Under the direction of a Supervisor, the incumbent will assist in training, leading, and evaluating Athletes within their supported department.Key Responsibilities• Responsible for Ensuring Adequate Coverage of Operational Activities at All Times through Scheduling• Lead Fulfillment and Manufacturing Operations in a Manner that Provides Maximum Efficiency, Accuracy, and Profitability• Develop On-Going Process Improvements For and Supervise Department Functions to Ensure Efficient Operations• Ensure All Supply Levels are Maintained and Adjusted According to Business Demands and Volumes• Training, Teaching, Coaching, and Cross Training when Applicable for All Department Athletes• Analyze and Report Captured Metrics• Ensures Accuracy and Quality of All Operations• Ensures All Activities are Prioritized and Completed in a Timely Manner• Ensures All Assigned Equipment is in Proper Working Order• Ensures Safety Compliance at All TimesEducation And Experience Requirements• High School Diploma or GED is required• Strong Computer Skills• Must be Familiar with Warehouse Based Software• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Verbal and Written• Strong Organizational Skills with Ability to Prioritize in a Fast-Paced, Multi-Task Environment• Excellent Communication Skills• Ability to Work and Make Decisions Independently within Company Guidelines and Procedures
