Responsibilities:
  • Must be proficient at running orders through a shipping program such as Fed Ex or whatever shipping company is being used.
  • Responsible for making sure shipments include everything on the order and counts are correct. Must make licensing aware of any changes.
  • Responsible for shipping orders inclusive of auto cards, auto stickers and sketch cards to talent upon receipt of orders from player licensing.
  • Must prepare signing instructions to be included with the shipment along with shipping the appropriate pens needed for shipping, return labels for the shipment back, and any other items needed for the signing.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of boxes, pens, labels etc. needed for shipping to signings.
  • Will be called on to assist in packing and shipping of programs going to vendors for packout
  • Can be called on to assist in inspection of cards either signed or unsigned.
  • Must enter pertinent order data into Airtable database.


Skills Needed:
  • Working knowledge in MS office (Excel, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and operate within a fast-paced work environment
