Their mission is to streamline connections between suppliers and various retail platforms, empowering seamless transactions. Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for representing the company's products and services, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Product Representation: Represent the company's products and services effectively to potential customers.
  • Market Research: Conduct consumer research to identify how the solutions meet customer needs.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.  
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for next steps.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
  • Sales Activities: Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationships: Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Executive Coordination: Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the CEO, CFO, CIO, or COO.

  • Proven sales experience in e-commerce or SaaS is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to advance within a sales organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
