Title: PC&L Inventory Analyst

Reports To: PC&L Manager

Essential responsibilities and duties

The Inventory Analyst, analyzes inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes, implementing actions for corrections, training, and continuous improvement for plant inventory accuracy

The main missions of the role are to:

• Set up the ABC cycle counting plan according to the guidelines established by the Internal Control Basics
• Track counts and compare physical and system
• Coordinate inventory team on daily activities and monitor performance indicators
• Develop and update spreadsheets to control discrepancies and use Paretos for root cause analysis
• Send the results daily to the PC&L team to monitor the counting results
• Audit activities performed daily.
• Develop actions in conjunction with the operation and leadership to correct possible errors or recurrences of occurrences.
• Perform consignment inventory and reconciliation of supplier / customer balance
• Organize the annual physical inventory (schedule, train, and lead the inventory)
• Open QRCI for stock deviations and lead actions to correct/address the problem by following up with the correct leaders within the organization
• Perform other activities related to the position

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain or related field of study preferred
• Root Cause Analysis knowledge
• Problem resolution experience
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
