Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part TIme 3-11:30

Location: Assisted Living Community

Position Summary:

Pines Village currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a Part-time basis for the 3:00pm - 11:30pm, approx 24 hrs a week, t in our Assisted Living Community. The LPNs will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of our residents. All positions require every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

- Monitor residents' health status and respond to changes in condition

- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans

- Provide emotional support and assistance with activities of daily living for residents

- Document and maintain accurate medical records and reports

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies

- Handle emergencies and critical incidents as needed

Qualifications:

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of [insert state]

- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
