Day Shift 7AM - 3:30 PM - Must have SUB ACUTE experience.

Essential Functions:
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing care provided to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Sub-acute experience mandatory.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care.
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and maintain a supportive and nurturing environment for residents.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing care and senior living facilities.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate open communication and address any concerns promptly.


Requirements:
  • Current and valid New Jersey RN license.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • CPR and BLS certifications.
  • Flu vaccination required.


Salary:
  • Staring at $98,000.00
