The Role
The Affiliates Specialist will develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program. This role requires a strategic thinker with a good understanding of sales and affiliate networks. As a member of the Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by building strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring the performance of affiliate campaigns, and aligning these efforts with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key affiliates and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and continued collaboration.
- Strategic Growth: Identify new affiliate partnership opportunities and expand the program into new markets and demographics.
- Affiliate Program day-to-day: Focus on all aspects of the affiliate marketing program, from recruiting and onboarding affiliates to ensuring ongoing engagement and performance.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor affiliate campaigns closely, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve ROI targets.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to track affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports on KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and revenue.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including accounting, to ensure affiliate strategies align with broader company goals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience as an Affiliates Specialist or in a related role, with a successful track record.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset, eager to embrace agile methodologies and adapt to the competitive demands of the market.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in at least two other European languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian).
Good to have:
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, platforms, and tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media, and how they interact with affiliate marketing strategies.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required.

Remote policy: For teams located in Athens, the policy is to visit the office four (4) times per month. These four days can be scheduled in the same week or on non-consecutive days; there are no restrictions on the arrangement.
