Accounts Payable Manager

Fetch is looking for a seasoned Accounts Payable Manager to enhance our Financial Operations team by ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments and managing corporate reimbursements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Lead, train, and support AP staff to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain and update vendor records; resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
  • Administer T&E policies; review & approve employee expense reports for compliance.
  • Identify and execute enhancements to streamline AP processes.
  • Prepare AP-related JEs and reconciliations; support the financial close process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of 1099s and other tax documents.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
