Fetch is a rewards app empowering consumers, seeking a Director of Compensation & Benefits to enhance employee engagement through strategic programs.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies
  • Lead design of base pay and equity plans
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs
  • Assist with exit event activity related to compensation
  • Advise management on compensation-related issues
  • Prepare compensation reports for executives
  • Spearhead compensation projects and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with benefit plan laws
  • Manage a team of compensation and benefits professionals

Education

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
