Fetch is a rewards app empowering consumers, seeking a Director of Compensation & Benefits to enhance employee engagement through strategic programs.

Skills

Experience in compensation & benefits programs
Strong communication skills
Project management capabilities
Knowledge of employment and labor law
Data analysis and HRIS proficiency

Responsibilities

Develop and implement compensation strategies
Lead design of base pay and equity plans
Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs
Assist with exit event activity related to compensation
Advise management on compensation-related issues
Prepare compensation reports for executives
Spearhead compensation projects and initiatives
Ensure compliance with benefit plan laws
Manage a team of compensation and benefits professionals

Education

Degree in Human Resources or related field
