Fetch is transforming consumer loyalty through their rewards app. They are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to manage offer configurations and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

Provide support to Implementation team counterparts
Support client account teams with exceptional customer service
Communicate and enter promotion specifications internally
Manage multiple work streams among teams and departments
Tactical execution of client files with the technical team
Manage timelines of assigned projects
Develop and implement processes
Collaborate across departments
