Fetch is a rapidly growing company that empowers consumers through a rewards app. We are seeking a dynamic Tech Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on technical roles.

Skills

Experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
Ability to handle high volume recruitment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in sourcing techniques and tools.
Analytical skills for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates using various methods.
Manage a high volume of candidates across multiple requisitions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Act as the primary contact for internal and external referrals.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Refine workflows and sourcing strategies with recruiters.
Provide market insights and metrics reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
