The Field Administrative Assistant is an exciting career opportunity with a leading company in the retirement and defined contribution industry. As the Field Administrative Assistant your focus is simple: support a regional team that is dedicated to helping government employees successfully replace the income they earned while working in retirement. Under general supervision, you will perform a broad range of clerical and administrative tasks. Screens, refers or responds to telephone inquiries. Establishes and maintains filing systems.
This Administrative Assistant will work in our Harrisburg, PA office five days a week. Typically will be the only person in our office.
What you will do
  • Responsible for routing incoming telephone calls from retirement plan participants and clients to the appropriate person
  • Order and maintain supplies
  • Arrange appointments and greet visitors
  • Demonstrate proficiency with standard office equipment
  • Perform basic computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Organize and maintain file system of correspondence and compliance records
  • Work with close supervision; limited interpretation, judgment or discretionary actions may be required
  • Perform tasks for the reps such as assembling enrollment kits and running reports for targeted campaigns and plan reporting
What you will bring
  • HS Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 0 - 2 years’ work experience
  • FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire

The salary range below shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Base Salary Range
$ 39,200.00-53,900.00
