Field Information Coordinator

Pay: $18/hourly min

Full Time, Location – Remote (Applicant must live in the US and legally be eligible to work in the US.) or hybrid (Orlando)

The Field Information Coordinator is responsible for researching and collecting field reporting of strategies, stories, ministry progress and results. This position will facilitate the appropriate distribution of
field information to the necessary content teams in order to serve donors, the Jesus Film Project Development department, stakeholders, partners, and other Jesus Film Project teams.

The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

1. Obtain and evaluate funded field ministry project information in a timely manner, processing the information for use in various communication formats that will be distributed to organizational
donors.

2. Collaborate with teammates to provide up-to-date field ministry information for Development Representatives, often coordinating with ministry leaders and global partners.

3. Establish communication and connection with key Cru staff, Jesus Film staff, and global partners, developing an understanding of ministry cross-departmentally and worldwide, as well as a deeper
understanding of the reporting needs for projects assigned to you.

4. Influence and/or train field ministry leaders to meet report responsibilities by communicating Donor Reporting expectations and processes to field personnel through the most effective means, including training, emails and one-on-one conversations.

5. Interview field staff and ministry partners regarding the results of Jesus Film Project funded projects and translations.

6. Travel domestically and/or internationally up to 4 times per year for up to 10 days at a time as opportunities arise in order to connect with key personnel and gather information and stories.

7. Actively research necessary information, such as supplemental stories, photos/images, and statistics to better share the impact of funded projects to organizational donors, as needed.

8. Exercise a firm understanding of confidentiality parameters including, but not limited to, recognizing potential confidentiality concerns within content, facilitating confidentiality approvals
processes, training content creators and their leaders on the application of these parameters, answering questions concerning special cases related to content.

9. Participate in regular meetings within Field Information as deemed necessary by the Field Information Team Leader.

10. Demonstrate and model personal spiritual discipline and assist in development of an environment on the team where individual team members grow in their own Christian walks.

11. Professional development - engage in the Staff Development process including creating and implementing a Professional Development Plan (PDP) targeting areas of growth.

12. Collaborate with other Reporters to maintain standards, refine processes and implement best practices.

13. Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

14. Participate in the Christmas Call & Connect Campaign, completing the required amount of calls.
Experience and Skills:

Minimum 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in journalism, communications, or intercultural studies.

3 years of experience in similar fields, preferably in missions or intercultural communication; experience in fund development or marketing is a plus.

An equivalent combination of the education and experience will be considered.
