The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:

• Order U.S. StaffCards, manage appropriate staff member mailing addresses, and correct legal names after marriages.
• Manage individual approver and card limit changes for U.S. StaffCards.
• Process monthly deactivations and reactivations as needed.
• Hide currency conversion fees daily for International StaffCards.
• Answer inquiries via telephone or e-mail from individual staff members about the status of their StaffCards. Provide excellent Customer Service and accurate information regarding Cru policy and IRS regulation.
• Track and monitor all staff status changes and process StaffCard changes accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to: redistributing staff cards, turning off Concur access, etc.
• Serve as the primary contact with the bank, identifying and resolving potential fraud issues and ensuring that accurate information is communicated for our staff members.
• Provide backup for International StaffCards, making approver and card limit changes. May provide backup for Reimbursements Analysts customer service line as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of office experience and experience.
