The Senior Marketing Services Executive will play a key role in supporting the Marketing department by leading and building a team that operates like an agency. This role will be responsible for supporting marketing projects including project management, request intake, process documentation, production design, and operational support. Through task execution, the candidate will lead by example being a player and a coach while building a team, driving excellence across marketing initiatives while ensuring all efforts align with marketing goals, timelines, and helping understand the department’s areas of greatest need.


What you’ll do
  • Work with Marketing team leaders to determine and coordinate tasks supporting the Marketing team.  
  • Establish and develop an internal Marketing Services team that operates with an agency mindset.
  • Develop and implement processes and best practices that enhance output and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver simple production design requests following company design standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across all marketing systems, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, Intercom, PathFactory, and ClickUp.
  • Combine data from various marketing systems into reporting that allows us to gain a more comprehensive view of the customer.  
  • Demonstrate a high level of marketing and creative understanding.
  • Monitor, gather, and report marketing data metrics, including website and email. 
  • Become familiar with Marketing project management software (ClickUp) to understand workflows.
  • Create and update process documentation to streamline and enhance the production workflow.
  • Review tasks and communicate to internal teams progress, deadlines, and any other questions. 
  • Assist project owners with project management and coordination across marketing teams. 
  • Establish and expand Marketing team presence and coordination in the Bangladesh office.


What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience.
  • Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience building a team from the ground up a plus.
  • Strong capability to work efficiently and independently to maintain high quality in a high-volume department.
  • Strong ability to ask questions to determine the best solution that brings value to both the business and the customer.
  • Must be an effective communicator.
  • Team player with proven experience navigating ambiguity.  
  • Ability and willingness to tackle and deliver on multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency with the Google Business Suite, specifically Slides and Docs.
  • Must possess business acumen and knowledge of project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proven time management, coordination, organizational, and prioritization skills.
