Job Summary:

The Field Operations Recruiter is responsible for ensuring DMG attracts and hires the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. The Field Operations Recruiter develops a sourcing and recruiting strategy based on the needs of the business, advertises open positions, keep detailed records about candidates, and guide applicants through the recruiting process. They describe DMG to potential employees and explain our value proposition as a top employer.

Critical Success Factors:
  • Supports the growth of the DMG through effective sourcing and recruiting strategies that result in hiring of quality talent (measured by hiring metrics).
  • Works with Talent Acquisition Leader, teammates, and hiring managers to execute a talent lifecycle that efficiently fills open requisitions with quality talent (measured by individual and team hiring metrics, time to fill, and retention rates).
  • Utilizes the applicant tracking system to proactively develop pipeline and engage prospective candidates (measured by time to fill).
  • Builds credible, sustainable relationships with department leaders and hiring managers (measured by hiring manager feedback).

Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit candidates by using various databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications to match applicants with job requirements
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and abilities
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
  • Partners with hiring managers to define requisition requirements and develops sourcing strategies targeting, local, high-preforming candidates
  • Assist HR in new employee onboarding to ensure they become fully integrated with the company
  • Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote and contribute to company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with efficiency and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time wisely
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Outgoing, competitive, and positive personalities a huge plus. Have a positive attitude and be resilient - manage stressful situations without allowing the stress to impact your performance.
