Overview

The Field Representative will be an integral team member in performing on-site quality inspections at customer locations across North America. This role will consist of traveling across North America to customer locations up to 75% of the time to perform quality insurance inspections for both interior and exterior sign installs. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Identiti Supply Chain/Procurement team and a key contributor to setting up and establishing the preferred installation vendor network.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs on-site at customer locations across North America routine/standard to highly complex quality assurance inspections and ensures compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
• Manage installation on site, real time to meet customer expectations and deliverables.
• Own customer issues and work with the proper internal teams to ensure they are resolved expeditiously and satisfactory
• Identify ways to reduce cost, minimize risk, and increase efficiency of installation projects and report back findings to group for process integrations.
• Actively communicate with customers on site and work alongside project management team to ensure industry-best level of customer service
• Support strategic relationships with key vendors to reduce cost, compress project life cycles and improve efficiency, especially focused on regional rollout and high industry exposure projects such as hi-rise installations, or corporate headquarters.
• Manage installation on site, real time to meet customer expectations and deliverables.
• Monitor the execution of suppliers to ensure projects conform to plans, specifications and budgets along with adherence to municipal codes.
• Actively communicate with customers on site and work alongside project management team to ensure industry-best level of customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or a relevant field
• Strong proficiency with efficiency software and spreadsheets
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (when world health circumstances permit)
• Self-motivated and customer centric

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex logistics planning, vendor relationship management, and forecasting
• Ability to understand construction plans and drawings (Civil, Structural, Architectural)

• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
