What you’ll achieve
As a FSS Program Manager, you will provide guidance to supply chain security staff by seeking opportunities where value can be added for Dell’s internal stakeholders within Security and Resiliency Organization or Global Operations teams. You will initiate and manage strategic projects and directing the efforts of multiple cross-functional stakeholders towards the achievement of the strategic and operational needs for the business

You will:

• Design and execute initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence, ensuring key projects have clear milestones, success measures and operational plans

• Prepare high-quality materials and resources for both executive and customer meetings for internal communications, meetings and strategy sessions

• Work directly with external providers servicing Dell's end-to-end supply chain and monitor the provider’s compliance with any contractual requirements along with ensuring contractual requirements remain up-to-date

• Report all incidents which could pose a potential risk to Dell’s supply chain, ranging from product loss or asset contamination to breach of IP or customer data

Essential Requirements

• Experience with supply chain operations, supply chain security, supply chain assurance, asset contamination. Industry Trade Certifications – C-TPAT, OEA and PIP

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Criminal Justice, Computer/Data Science or a related technical field (Master’s / graduate degree a plus)

• Proven project management skills with the ability to self-drive a diverse set of projects to successful outcomes

• Problem-solving skills and thoughtfulness to identify core issues and synthesize actionable recommendations within limited time

• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, timely, and accurately with targeted messaging to various levels of the enterprise (front lines to executive level)

Desirable Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in a security strategy or project management role preferred

• CPP, CFE, PMP certifications

• Team members who live within a one-hour commute of a major Dell site location will be considered hybrid and expected to be onsite a minimum of three days per week, while the other days can be from anywhere.
• Team members who live more than a one-hour commute from a major Dell site location will be considered remote but may have the option to work hybrid should they choose to, with their leader’s approval.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $105,060.00 - $135.960.00
