Talent Acquisition Specialist 

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing FWF’s recruiting pipeline, generating interest in FWF careers from qualified talent, conducting preliminary interviews, and ultimately fulfilling FWF’s growth requirements through the recruiting of qualified candidates. This role will report to the Vice President of Talent and Communications.


Responsibilities and Essential Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)

Optimize and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Generate pipeline of qualified candidates through multichannel sourcing, campus networking events, and social promotion.


Review inbound applications and conduct preliminary interviews with qualified applicants Source, engage, and facilitate recruitment of qualified candidates to FWF career opportunities.


Operate as primary point of contact for all applicants in interview/hiring process Schedule and assist in facilitating in-office tours and interviews alongside FWF leadership Attend networking events at local universities, engaging candidates and representing FWF on campus.


Maintain strong digital presence, nurturing current and future qualified candidates through engagement on social channels and job boards Collaborate with the Marketing Department to implement promotional strategies to expand the FWF brand and key messaging across desired demographics.


Understand Fifth Wheel Freight competition and maintain an effective strategy to stay competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.


Champion Fifth Wheel Freight culture and translate that to current and prospective team members through both word and action.


Qualifications 

3+ years experience in recruiting/talent acquisition Experience managing applicant tracking system, familiarity with job boards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong drive for success with exceptional interpersonal skills. Able to understand and articulate FWF career opportunities and company values. Highly effective written and verbal communication skill
