We will be transitioning to a new domain: www.brandaid.co.Job SummaryThis paid position offers an opportunity to gain real-world web design experience within a fast-paced, creative environment. The role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including wireframing, creating site maps, developing assets, and implementing web animations and interactions. Proficiency in Webflow or Framer, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Cloud is essential.Key Objectives• Showcase Customizable Products: The website will feature a broad selection of products presented in an inspiring way. While purchases won't be made directly through the site, customers can explore product options and submit interest forms, allowing our sales team to initiate detailed project discussions.• Reflect Brand Personality: We seek to create a highly customized and engaging user experience that aligns with our brand’s identity. The website should include various interactions and animations that capture the essence of our brand—FUNNY, LOUD, and COOL.• User Experience: The website must be visually dynamic, easy to navigate, and offer a seamless experience that guides users from inspiration to action.Design Considerations• Visual Storytelling: Use compelling visuals and animations to convey the Brand Aid story, emphasizing our commitment to innovative designs, exceptional products, and memorable experiences.• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design elements, from typography to color schemes, are consistent with our brand guidelines, reflecting our dedication to quality and creativity.• Interactive Features: Incorporate interactive elements that enhance user engagement, making product exploration intuitive, unique, and enjoyable.Target AudienceOur primary audience includes corporate clients, marketing professionals, and event organizers seeking to enhance their brand presence through high-quality promotional products.What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking an expert in Framer or Webflow who can create a website with 3D animation effects, motion graphics, and sophisticated interactions that have meaningful intent. The designer should be able to transform blank products (like t-shirts, water bottles, and jackets) into branded/finished items, showcasing a 'before and after' effect. Collaboration, constant communication, and expert advice are essential. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about current trends, UX/UI best practices, and forward-thinking website designs.Responsibilities• Proficiency in website builders such as Webflow or Framer• Experience or familiarity with Spline• Creating wireframes and sitemaps• Responsive web design• Consistent adherence to branding guidelines• Website maintenance and updates as needed• Staying current with web design trends and features• Handling any other UI/UX-related tasks that may arise during the projectRequired Skills/Abilities• 5+ years of experience with Figma• Extensive experience in web design (both front-end and back-end)• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Effective time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively• Active listening skills and the ability to incorporate feedback• Ability to organize and manage creative assets• In-depth understanding of modern web design techniques• Strong teamwork and communication skills• Creativity and a passion for incorporating current trends and fresh ideas• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skillsCompensationPay Range: $5,000 - $10,000 (This is not a full time or permanent position - pay range to be determined upon consultation with the successful applicant).
