Figma is on a mission to make design accessible to all. They are looking for a Security Compliance Analyst to manage audit certification lifecycles and ensure compliance initiatives are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities
- Maintain existing Security Compliance Certifications and Frameworks
- Serve as a subject matter authority for compliance standards
- Conduct gap assessments for new tools and environments
- Drive and improve Annual Operational Activities
- Implement and mature scalable controls
- Refine the Common Control Framework through control rationalization
- Configure compliance automation tooling
- Communicate progress and issues to management and stakeholders
